The price varies according to floor area, whether there is a bathroom or shower and the view:
south and inner courtyard or lake, garden and seaview

Room for 2 persons :

between 50 € and 110 € (high season : 55 – 115 €*)

We also have rooms up to 5 and 6pers (e.g #17, 18, 20)

Average price per double room: 65 €

*High season. 15 June – 15 September, Easter and Ascension Week End.

Why are our rates so low altough good services?

It’s very simple:
Being totally independant, we have chosen NOT to work with OTA’s (Online Travel Agencies) or to belong to a chain.
So we are not obliged to add the commission fee, wich can be as much as 20%, to the room price.
We would rather pass on the cost saving to you…

Full Breakfast, 8,50€ per person (free for children up to 10 years old), is served from 8:00 till 10:30 a.m. :

Orange juice, fruit salad. Tea, coffee or chocolate.

Fresh baguette and croissants. Butter, Homemade marmalade, honey, fruits, plate of assorted cooked meats, cheese.
Served wherever you want :
in your room, in the lounge, or in the garden with its lake and sea view …

Guests may enjoy a picnic (not supplied) in the garden with seaview.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

• Pets are welcome (10 € per night).
• We provide cotbed (with linens) : 10€ per night
• For reservations, we require a deposit of 100 € per person.
• Cancelling: Up to 72 hours: the deposit is due, less than 72hours: the stay will be booked on the credit card (except breakfast).
• In the event of departure before the fixed date, the total booked nights (exept breakfast) will be due.
• On departure the room must be vacated by 11 a.m.
